Blastoise is a Water Pokemon which evolves from Wartortle. It is vulnerable to Grass and Electric moves. Blastoise’s strongest moveset is Water Gun and Hydro Cannon and it has a Max CP of 2,466. Blastoise has water spouts that protrude from its shell. The water spouts are very accurate. They can shoot bullets of water with enough accuracy to strike empty cans from a distance of over 160 feet.
